Terms of Service

 

These Terms govern purchases of one-time consulting services from MANSORPUWMA LLC. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the applicable plan description.

 

Services and scope. Plan descriptions provide a general outline. The final scope, schedule, sessions, and deliverables are confirmed during onboarding and may be adjusted only by mutual agreement.

 

Client responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information, timely access to relevant materials, and reasonable cooperation. Delays in receiving information may affect the schedule.

 

Professional advice and results. Services provide general business consulting. Business financial planning is not legal, tax, accounting, securities, or investment advice. No specific revenue, savings, funding, regulatory, or other outcome is promised or guaranteed.

 

Payment. Prices are displayed in EUR and charged once at checkout. Plans do not renew automatically. Applicable taxes or payment-provider fees may be added where required.

 

Scheduling. Remote sessions are arranged by mutual availability. On-site work, travel, and third-party costs are excluded unless agreed separately in writing.

 

Refunds. Refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

 

Acceptable use. You may not use services or deliverables for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading activity.

 

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, MANSORPUWMA LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Total liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase.
