Return and Refund Policy

 

MANSORPUWMA LLC sells one-time consulting services. Purchases do not renew automatically.

 

You may request a full refund before consulting work begins or before the first scheduled session, whichever occurs first. Once consulting work has begun or the first session has taken place, the purchase is non-refundable.

 

To request cancellation or a refund, email contact@mansorpuwma.com with your order number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by payment provider.

 

If MANSORPUWMA LLC cannot provide the purchased service, we will offer rescheduling, a reasonable alternative, or a refund.
